One of the most popular communities in the 1960s and 70s, Forest Glade has a library, community centre, and commercial plaza. Most of the homes in this area are single-family homes and apartment buildings. The average home price in Forest Glade is just over $373,600, but there is a significant disparity between the highest price being $825,000 and the lowest price being $199,900.
One of the larger neighborhoods in the Eastern part of Windsor, its homes are from the 1950s and 60s. There is also a public housing townhome complex here.
Little River Acres
Property values in Little River Acres are on the rise, and the neighborhood's reputation is changing for the better. This community has mostly single-family homes from the 1970s.
Pillette Road Village
Located along the edge of Riverside, this community has homes from the 1950s.
The largest neighborhood in East Windsor, Riverside is home to some of the most luxurious homes in Windsor. The average home price is just over $388,000, but the highest price is $1,300,000, and the lowest price is $178,000. East Riverside is a newly developed area with an average house price of about $581,000, with a high cost of $1,395,000 and a low price of $169,900.
Roseville is a small community that consists mostly of townhomes and apartment buildings. There are shopping centres nearby.
