Greenford Real Estate
Hamilton East is increasingly appealing for Hamilton home-buyers looking to live outside of the core of the city. A lot of Hamilton East neighbourhoods have a very suburban feel, often with dedicated shopping areas and handy highways so residents don’t have to sacrifice convenience for a quieter neighbourhood. By the end of 2019, Hamilton East had an average sale price of about $410,000, while the region that contains Corman, Gershome, Greenford, and Red Hill had a more specific average of about $420,000 for that same time period. Hamilton East sports a good mix of detached properties with decent lots, townhouses, and even some condominiums. A lot of the area’s new development tends to be high-rise buildings with more apartment-style condo units. Greenford itself has mostly detached properties.
