Eastdale and Poplar Park Real Estate
Real estate in Stoney Creek is, on average, more expensive than prices in the Hamilton core. At the end of 2019, the Stoney Creek area had an average sale price of about $560,00 for the year. Even when compared to Hamilton’s overall average of $535,000, Stoney Creek is a more expensive area. This is largely because of the majority of detached properties in the area which result in higher prices when compared to areas with a lot more condos and semi-detached options.
